I‘d be interested to know how many of the AMLaw 100 law firms have outsourced their lit support/eDiscovery departments?

It boggles my mind seeing how the eDiscovery service provider world went from a dramatic number of power players to just about 3 at the top. This indicates a mature vendor industry. I used to work for a small vendor in NYC (and San Francisco) that was brought to their knees by their own in-house software. They missed the Relativity wave. I went on to work for one of the big 3 service providers and I still work with them every day although I am now on the client side.
