    Information about price is not clear. Are these prices monthly, annual? I imagine there are some monthly per-user licenses and some annual software subscription. Understanding which of the described costs are in which category would be helpful. $250,000 for 500 users seems like a pretty good deal until you realize that you don‘t know if that‘s a one-time cost (sweet), a per-year cost (still seems pretty good), or per month (no way, right?).
